Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the rice, chicken broth, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for an additional 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
