  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk

  • 2 ripe mangoes

Instructions

  1. Rinse the glutinous rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Soak the rice in water for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. Drain and steam the rice for about 30 minutes until tender.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
  5. Once the rice is cooked, combine it with the coconut mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  6. Peel and slice the mangoes.
  7. Serve sticky rice topped with mango slices and a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired.
