Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
