1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 egg
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, bread crumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
In a skillet, cook the patties over medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add flour and stir until lightly browned. Gradually whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bringing to a simmer.
Add patties back into the skillet, cover, and let them cook in the gravy for about 10-15 minutes.
Serve warm with the savory gravy poured over the top.
