- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tortillas, corn or flour
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and bell pepper until soft.
