Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchini thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Place the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove the chips once they are golden and crispy.
