Zucchini Pizza Casserole

  • 4 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, zucchini, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and bell peppers.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
