- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup apple cider
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
