Paula Deen's Crockpot Mac and Cheese

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cheeses, evaporated milk, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stir in the cooked macaroni and crumbled turkey bacon.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased crockpot.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally, until creamy.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add more evaporated milk as needed.
  • You can substitute other types of cheese if desired.
