  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine cranberries and sugar, then set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter and vanilla until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  5. Spread the cranberry mixture over the crust, then crumble the remaining mixture on top.
